Prospectus - Risk Identification Training

1. Course Overview

Effective risk management starts with one thing: the ability to identify risks clearly, consistently, and confidently. Yet in most organisations, risk identification is done informally, reactively, or with varying levels of quality.  Our Risk Identification Workshop solves that problem by blending expert-led training with a live, facilitated workshop tailored to your project, process, or team.

This highly practical session teaches participants a structured, repeatable approach to identifying risks — then immediately applies that method in a real working session. Your team will learn the principles of strong risk identification, practice the techniques, and then collaborate to build a comprehensive risk view that reflects your organisation’s reality.

The workshop helps participants uncover risks they may not have considered, challenge assumptions, and develop a shared understanding of the challenges ahead. The result is a clearer risk picture, better conversations, and a more consistent foundation for assessment and planning.

Whether you’re launching a new project, reviewing an operational area, or strengthening your risk culture, this workshop delivers immediate, actionable outcomes. By the end, your team will not only understand how to identify risks effectively, but will have done it — producing a structured, high-quality risk set they can use straight away.
